Bon Bini Business Center is located in a prime location in the financial district of Curaçao and is accessible via two main roads: Schottegatweg Oost and Emancipatieboulevard. A bus also stops in front of the building and across the street.

The building consists of two separate buildings, which are connected by a footbridge. Both buildings have outdoor and underground parking spaces.
